Scotty just completed cleaning the carpets in our 5 bedrooms. They look new! He is conscientious and thorough. He looks back at his work as if to check his own work. I asked for advice on how to spot clean and he offered helpful ways to use easily available products. Scotty is personable and very mindful of giving top quality service. I hope he is still available for the next cleaning.

The owner Dan is always friendly and very flexible with scheduling. We have been using them for several years now and are happy with their services EVERY time. Chris came out today and he was punctual, friendly and explained everything he was going to do. Heaven’s Best truly is the best!

First time using a dry clean process with the enzymes for neutralizing dog stuff. Very efficient, full drying was a couple hours. Feel refreshed!!😎

We used Heaven's Best in Folsom for our home in West Sacramento. The company was able to come out for a same day appointment, and John did an excellent job. He was on time, worked hard, and we got a great price. Highly recommend! Will use them again.

I was skeptical of 5 stars because usually, businesses are never that good, but this one truly is. Like others have said, request John. He is absolutely amazing, such a great guy. He even helped us unload a big box from our truck because we were moving. He goes that extra mile. I don’t normally leave reviews, but he deserves it. I will call John every time in the future. Heaven’s Best went the extra mile and I am very grateful. We had a pet accident on brand new carpet, on a Friday night! Dan was very responsive and was somehow able to get John here at 8:00 PM on Saturday night!! John was super, my carpet is clean and I will be a customer for life!
