Just had my carpets cleaned by Heaven's Best Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners. They did a very nice job. I'm very pleased. The carpet smells really good too. Great customer service. There was what looked like a permanent spot on the carpet, and the very nice cleaner worked and worked on it, but ithe spot didn't appear to have come out completely. However, when the carpet dried, it disappeared. Yay!!! Thank you!

Kyle arrived on time and he was so helpful explaining everything. His work is so meticulous and he did an amazing job with some old stains. He was honest and went above and beyond to help us with what we needed to get our very light carpets to look almost like new Nice guy, very professional, really clean work. Carpet dried out in less than four hours. We will definitely call them back.

Great experience, absolutely recommend! Communication about cost of service vs. replacement cost of rug convinced us to go with Heaven's Best for the service - which was done the same day, and which totally removed the visible pet stain and entirely removed the odor.

It's so refreshing to experience a company doing it right. Dan, the owner, was so easy and responsive to schedule. Then Scott came out and did an excellent job of collaborating with me on approaching some of the carpet stains and, even better, cleaned them up spotless. The carpet looks amazing.

I found Heaven's Best through Yelp reviews, decided to give them a try back in 2021, and I have not been disappointed! I regularly get my furniture and rugs cleaned every six months, and I have for a long time. I've used Heaven's Best a total of six times now, and I absolutely love the quality of their work! I am attaching photos of some of the items that they cleaned for me. The owner is very nice and professional, and all of the workers that have ever showed up at the house to clean have been the same way. I definitely plan on continuing to use this company for the foreseeable future.

Scotty just completed cleaning the carpets in our 5 bedrooms. They look new! He is conscientious and thorough. He looks back at his work as if to check his own work. I asked for advice on how to spot clean and he offered helpful ways to use easily available products. Scotty is personable and very mindful of giving top quality service. I hope he is still available for the next cleaning.

I was skeptical of 5 stars because usually, businesses are never that good, but this one truly is. Like others have said, request John. He is absolutely amazing, such a great guy. He even helped us unload a big box from our truck because we were moving. He goes that extra mile. I don’t normally leave reviews, but he deserves it. I will call John every time in the future.
